The Cleveland Warriors have once again won the PIL tournament. The team as a whole scored 361 points, much more than second place Franklin who managed a total 258 points. Cleveland had many top finishers, at the 106 pound category Klo Lwae finished in first place. Junpei Hunt finished first at the 120 pound category. Simon Brown finished in first place at the 126 pound category. Evan Kane finished first at the 138 pound category. Skyler Palakiko finished first at 170 pound category.  Jake Morrison finished in first place at the 182 pound category.  And Isaac James at the 220 pound category took first as well. Many more wrestlers finished in the top three of their weight classes which gives them a chance to wrestle at State.  Harper Lee,  Dominic Zupo  both finished in the top three of their respective categories. This bodes well as the team looks to place well in the state tournament. The State tournament will occur February 26-27.
