Senior Prom is just weeks away, and seniors and their guests will be celebrating their success on May 19 from 7-10 p.m. at OMSI. This year’s theme is “Secret Garden.” Tickets to Senior Prom will be sold for $20 starting the second week in May. There are multiple requirements for buying tickets including a signed CHS Prom Conduct Contract. Along with that, if you are interested in bringing a guest you will need to submit a Guest Permission Form by May 5. It is also important to keep in mind seniors that you will need to maintain 85% attendance rate to be able to attend prom, although the end of the school year is coming fast make sure you’re still attending class. Senior Prom Requirements:

-Seniors must have an 85% average daily attendance rate from 4/13-5/19.
-Testing does not count as an absence, nor does outdoor school.

-Seniors must have a signed conduct contract to purchase tickets.
-All students must have Cleveland ID to enter Prom.
-Guests, who are not Cleveland students, must have completed and submitted the guest permission process by May 5th.
-Students cannot have any substance infractions from 4/13-5/19.
