Pigmice Win Bunnybots Tournament
On Dec. 7, the Cleveland High School robotics team, Pigmice, brought home the trophy from the Bunny Bots tournament. Pigmice spent the fall designing and building a robot to play the game “Totally Tubular.” This game required the robot to pick up 11-inch sections of pipe off the floor and place them onto targets of differing heights.

With the help of their advisor, Heldmann, Pigmice earned the Bunny Bots trophy for the second time ever. When asked about the win, Owen King, a sophomore at Cleveland and member of Pigmice said, “I’m feeling great about it! It was my first competition in Pigmice and we did really well and built a cool robot.”
The next competitions are scheduled for March 3-4 and March 24-25.
