Masquerade slay

The 2024 winter dance will be happening on Feb. 2 in the Oaks Bottom Pavilion. The theme is masquerade. If you don’t have a suitable mask at home, don’t worry, the costume is not required and the school will provide a limited supply of masks at the event.

Sabrina Johnson, a decoration coordinator for this event commented on the choice of theme: “We thought it would be a fun and entertaining theme for everyone, and the black and gold color scheme would be great for winter.”

The venue can accommodate about 600 individuals, while the number of guests outside of schools is capped at 10 percent of the attendees, about 60 or less. Guest request forms, which are required to purchase tickets for your friends who don’t go to Cleveland, will be outside of room 106. Both Cleveland students and guest tickets are $10 dollars and sold first come first serve, so be on high alert for the ticket sales beginning on Jan. 16 and ending on Jan. 31.
