Two Seniors Earn Rotary Scholarship

Cleveland High seniors Tye Molchan and Olivia Montgomery have been selected for the East Portland Rotary Club’s “Junior Rotarian” scholarship, earning $1500 each. Qualities considered for this award include: academic success, citizenship, peer relations, and leadership. The awardees will attend the Rotary Club lunches and present speeches to the group members in March, 2022.
Seniors Tye Molchan and Olivia Montgomery have been selected for the East Portland Rotary Club’s “Junior Rotarian” scholarship of $1500 each.
Molchan and Montgomery were considered for the award due to their academic success, citizenship, peer relations and leadership, said counselor Amanda Weber-Welch.
The winners will attend Rotary lunches and will present speeches to the Rotary members in March, 2022.
