Sam Linder, Reporter
Hi, I’m Sam Linder and I write commentary for the Clarion. I’m a senior here at Cleveland and plan on graduating in 2018. Outside of school, I’m interested in chess, biking, listening to music, and playing and writing about table tennis. My favorite movie is The Intern, although The Matrix and some Studio Ghibli movies, like Totoro and From Up on Poppy Hill are honorable mentions. I’ve always enjoyed reading The Giver by Lois Lowry, but no book series will ever be better than Harry Potter. I’m saving my favorite quote for the yearbook, but I think this one by Laozi is a good one to keep in mind: “Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are. When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs to you.”
