The Cleveland girls’ soccer team was victorious over La Salle High School on Sept. 14 with a convincing 3-0 win. This win brings the Warriors to 4-1-1 on the season. The goals came from seniors Lauryn Ruegg, Ellie Mortenson, and Julia Downing.

“Games like tonight are my favorite type of games,” said Mortenson. “We played our best soccer and beat a good team. I’m excited to see what else we can accomplish this season.”

The Warriors play Wilsonville at home on Tuesday, Sept. 19.
