The Warriors girls’ varsity soccer team (6-1-1) was victorious over the Wilson Trojans (4-4) on Tuesday, Sept. 26. The score was 2-0, with one goal coming from junior Audrey Olenski and the other coming from senior Lauryn Ruegg. This win brings the Warriors’ win streak to five.

Head Coach Emily Ngan believes the excitement of playing at home in front of a huge crowd was a factor in their win because it motivated the team even more.

“What more could we ask for? A home win with a fantastic crowd. Couldn’t be more proud of how the team came together and fought for each other until the last whistle,” she said.

The Warriors play the Lincoln Cardinals at home on Thursday, Sept. 28.
