Cleveland varsity girls soccer team is having a great season, which they only improved on this week, Sept 18-22. The team played a hard fought game against Lakeridge on Monday, Sept 18, that ended in a 2-2 draw. On Wednesday, Sept 20 the Warriors got themselves a dominant 2-0 win over Central Catholic. The win over Central Catholic was their first in 16 years. The scoring in both games was done by Lola Pierce, and Ella Cohen, who notched a goal a game each. Cleveland’s record currently stands at 6-1-1.
The Warriors next game will be away against West Linn on Tuesday, Sept 26.
